What this study is about

Researchers are testing whether a diet high in lean pork improves cardiovascular function and vasomotor symptoms compared to a plant-based diet in perimenopausal women with overweight or obesity. The trial will compare the effects of these diets on blood lipids, endothelial function, blood pressure, blood nitrate levels, cardiometabolic biomarkers, inflammatory markers, and vasomotor symptoms.

Simplified from trial records by PatientMatch.
