What this study is about

This trial is testing if eating watermelon daily for 6 weeks improves gut health, like the diversity of bacteria in your intestines, and helps with overall heart and metabolism health. Participants will eat either a Belvita Breakfast Sandwich or watermelon daily for six weeks.
