What this study is about
This trial is testing whether following a Mediterranean diet improves signs and symptoms of psoriasis in adults treated with anti-IL-17 or anti-IL-23 inhibitors. Participants will be randomly assigned to either follow the Mediterranean diet or not, after stopping prohibited medications for two weeks. It lasts approximately 10 weeks.
