What this study is about

Researchers are testing whether tadalafil, a medication, improves shortness of breath in Veterans with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and high blood pressure in the lungs. The trial will also assess if tadalafil improves quality of life, exercise endurance, and other health measures.
