What this study is about

Researchers are testing a new smartphone app called BrainWeighve to help teens with obesity lose weight. The app uses a theory that says if you can find healthy ways to deal with problems, you might be able to stop unhealthy behaviors like overeating. The trial will involve 30 teens who will use the app for several weeks and give feedback on how it works.
